What do I get when I am connected?

Once you’ve made your payment, we assign this to an installer. You will then get a call from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, to fix a time within 48 hours to install the service.

Installation will happen within 2 weeks. You get a set-up box with a remote for Legend TV and an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) box to power the internet around your home.

How do I pay?

You can pay via our website www.legend.ng, using your bank cards via quick teller (Visa, MasterCard or Verve); you can also pay via our Legend Voucher Cards which we sell at our experience center and website.

You can also pay at our experience centers in Abuja.  We accept, cash or card payment at that location.

The Installation cost is too expensive.

The installation cost of N133,875 covers everything from laying the fiber optic cables, plus the ONT. Normally, just a satellite TV decoder would cost around N75,000.

If you add the costs of the satellite dish, logistics of the installer and the cost of the set-up guy that comes to install this plus the Wi-Fi modem from any of the data providers, you are looking at over N120,000.

At N133,875 the costs are comparable but deliver better data quality and speed because of the fiber optic infrastructure, and of course, its unlimited, so your whole family can enjoy it and link multiple devices.

Can I download Movies & Series & watch offline?

Legend TV is a streaming service, which means you can’t download the movies on our platform onto your laptops or tablet.

However, we do have a Legend Lite app which is available on any android or IOS tablet or phone where you are able to login with your specific details and watch Legend TV as long as you are within your house Wi-Fi access area of have access to data when you are away from your house. If you are a Triple Play subscriber, you can also use this in the Legend Zones for zero cost.

Remember, with Legend Internet, you can download whatever you want at super speed, no data caps.

Will I be able to have access to the same movies that are in Cinema?

Legend does have a Box Office option where you and your whole family can watch the latest releases out on cinema. Prices range from N220 to N550. The cost will be debited from your Legend Account.

Legend TV has lots of International Content but no local content. My partner only watches local content.

Because Legend offers unlimited internet data, your partner will be able to watch all her favorite shows via apps that specialize in Nollywood content on her phone, tablet or Smart TV.

Legend TV has lots of International Content but my kids watch YouTube or the same thing over & over again.

That’s great. Because of the unlimited internet data, your kids can watch as much YouTube as they want. And, if your kids like something on Legend TV, they can watch it as many times as they want.

Can I set different parental guidelines for each of my children based on age?

Yes, you can individualize the age setting for each person in your house.

Under Settings, go to “User Profiles”.  The subscriber becomes the “admin” person and is able to manage or add profiles where he or she can create a profile for each person in the family with their own password. Under this profile, you can develop different age group parental controls based on your child’s age.

If I choose the mobile calls option, why do I get less minutes than if I choose landline calls option?

The mobile connection charges are higher than landline connection charges, worldwide, which is why you get more minutes with the landline calls option.

If I exhaust my call time before the end of the month, how do I top up?

If you have money on your Legend account, you will need to purchase airtime via our website, visit our experience center or call our customer care line to assist.

I have more than 1 TV. How do I get access across all TVs in my house?

If you have a Smart TV, you simply have to download the Legend app onto any TV, link to the Wi-Fi and you can watch different series or movies on up to 5 TV’s and / or tablets.

If you bought your TV within the last three years, it’s probably a smart TV, you can check by looking to see if you can connect to the internet or if there are any apps available on the TV.

My house is 2+ stories with more than 5 bedrooms. How do I get service around the house?

We offer a customizable solution where we network your house to provide full coverage.

I can take your details down, and get a Legend representative to phone you back within 48 hours.

If I am not happy with the service within the first 14 days, do I get a refund for the full installation amount and 3 months’ upfront payment?

The amount is non-refundable. If a customer is unhappy, we will work with the customer to resolve the problem and provide compensation for lost days of service if it is proven that the fault emanates from our negligence.

I would like to buy this for my business, not my house? Does Legend have a B2B offer?

Legend is a consumer offer direct to people homes.  However, our parent company, Suburban, does have customizable B2B bundles which will better suit your needs.

Why doesn’t Legend have B2B?

Businesses have very different requirements. For example, you would not want all your employees streaming Legend TV all day instead of working. What we rather offer you is a business solution by our parent company, Suburban, that customizes offers based on your business needs. We have standard bundle deals based on speed (1mbps, 2mbps, 4 mbps, 8mbps, 16mbps and 32 mbps) all with a set cost per month based on the mbps package you choose. We also are able to offer voice options, networking, security and cloud services based on your individual business needs.

I already have another internet service provider, how is this better?
